AOPA Flight Planner 1.2.2 (Freeware*)
This Windows based flight planner application does basic flight planning on your PC.
Features Include: Detailed airspace information, weather overlay, route weather. The program will also show graphical and stadium TFRs. Quickly builds flight plan forms, connects to DUAT or DUATS to download weather and NOTAMs. The program has several options to show NDBs, city populations, and low airways. *Requires an AOPA membership before you can use.

Review
Pros: Quick planning, ability to add custom waypoints, route weather, rubber-band routing.
Cons: No terrain, no stand-alone use (internet connection required), no PDF save option, no sectional or profile view.
