Pros: Keep FARs & AIM handy, memory card and high-res support, multi-platform.
Cons: Searching can be a little slow, requires Mobipocket Reader (large size).
Platform: Palm OS and Pocket PC versions have same features, but the Symbian (Series 60) version does not support searching (as of March 2004).
Notes: There is a book and software bundle available, there are four FAR versions available: basic, standard, complete or flight crew.

"Mobipocket is the best eBook Reader, I have it on P900 and TH55. Really a great product. I have purchased lots of eBooks and dictionaries from www.mobipocket.com and www.fictionwise.com"

"I use MobiReader quite often, only a few quirks, though quite bearable. The eFAR/AIM makes a great compliment to the traditional paper version in a nice compact format that fits in my kneeboard for quick easy reference."

"Actually very useful. MobiPocket really isn't a bad reader...has some nice features. Having the FAR/AIM and other FAA dox in my palm is very useful as an instructor. Overall, well worth the cost. Search implementation in Mobi is a bit flaky, but useable, and all dox have tables of contents, so it's easy enough to search part 61, for example."

"Mobipocket Reader is without doubt the worst ebook reader extant. If this were in ANY other format, I would give it 5 stars, but with Mobi, it's not worth the money, even if it were free."
