Video: China Airlines 737-800 Nearly Overshoots Runway at Takeoff

I can't understand the language, but it is not needed to understand that something went wrong with this China Airlines 737-800. Good thing no one was hurt! What do you think, blocked pitot, FMS issue, improper flap setting, not looking outside aircraft, or what?
