News: Passenger Boards Plane With His Bullet Wound

A man who was shot during a domestic dispute boarded a flight from Tampa (TPA) to Albany, New York with a stop in Charlotte. During the flight to Charlotte he asked a flight attendant for a Band-Aid to cover his wound, but he wanted to continue on to his final destination.

The flight attendant made sure an ambulance was waiting for him in Charlotte, where he missed his connection to Albany. A medic said the man's condition was “life-threatening,” but video aired on WCNC TV showed him smiling as he was being wheeled out of the airport on a stretcher.
